You don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified resident.
6-Month Lease Guarantee
We guarantee the lease terms and rental rate for a period of six (6) months from the agreement start date. During this period, the tenant may occupy the property under the agreed conditions without changes to the monthly rental fee or lease terms, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
No Cancellation Fee Guarantee
We work hard to earn your business every day. If at any point you feel we're not the right fit, you can cancel without paying a cancellation fee.
