Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and communications provided by Rosenbaum Realty Group ("we," "us," or "our"), a property management and real estate services company operating in Arizona. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or opting in to our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Rosenbaum Realty Group. Messages may include property management notifications, maintenance and work order updates, leasing and showing information, rent and account notices, appointment reminders, customer care messages, and, where you have consented, occasional marketing and promotional messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with us.
Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan.
Opting out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you may opt in again as you did originally.
Help. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly using the information in the Contact Us section below.
Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service itself.
